Hauler Terms & Conditions

Last updated October 24, 2026. Questions: getmorehauling@gmail.com.
1. What this is
Get More Hauling lines you up with material work. You're an independent worker, not an employee of Get More Hauling or the contractor. You pick the days you want.
2. Your truck size and pay
Your pay is set by truck size for a 6-hour job. You can take slots at your truck size or below, never above. Move up a truck size and your pay goes up.
Your current rates by truck size are shown here, and on your home screen, after you log in.
3. Claiming your truck size
The first time you claim a truck size you get a skills checklist. You have to check every box. If you can't, you're not at that truck size yet; drop down one and take that checklist. You only take a checklist once per truck size. After that you stay at your truck size until an admin moves you up or down.
4. On-site skill checks
Every hauler gets checked on site by a contractor or an admin. If your work doesn't meet your truck size, you'll be moved to the truck size you showed, with the reason recorded. Tri-axle and Semi need sign-off from both a contractor and an admin (at that truck size) before you can take Tri-axle or Semi slots. Loads with Tri-axle or Semi haulers get an admin site visit.
5. Hours and overtime
You're paid the full 6-hour amount even if the load wraps early. Hours past 6 are only paid if the contractor approves them. If a job is posted for more than 6 hours, the scheduled hours are already approved. If you work longer than what's approved, send an overtime request in the app (your hours and why). The contractor approves or denies it; Get More Hauling can review it. Hours that aren't approved are recorded but not paid. The contractor confirms hours at the end of the job.
6. Getting paid
You get paid after you send your completion package in the app (at least one before photo and one after photo, a written description of the work you did, and a short note on how the job went) and mark your slot complete, and the contractor confirms the job. If a contractor cancels inside 24 hours of the load, you still get your show-up pay.
Emergency jobs pay more: the emergency premium (currently 25%) is added to your pay. The first hauler to accept gets the slot. The no-show ban below still applies to emergency jobs.
A signed W-9 is required once your payouts in a calendar year reach the IRS Form 1099 reporting threshold (currently $2000, every payout method counted). A payout that would reach it is held as "Waiting for W-9" until your W-9 is on file, then sent automatically. You choose how you're paid: direct deposit to your bank account (through Stripe), a debit or prepaid card, cash recorded by Get More Hauling, or a paper check recorded by Get More Hauling. You are an independent worker and are responsible for your own taxes; Get More Hauling may issue you a Form 1099.
Cash payout fee: cash payouts recorded by Get More Hauling carry a cash payout fee of 10% of your gross pay, withheld from the cash you're paid (for example, $30.00 on $300.00). Direct deposit, debit card (Stripe) and check payouts are free. The fee is shown where you choose your payout method and, if you're paid in cash, next to your pay on jobs and on your payout history (gross pay, fee, and net cash). Your reportable pay (Form 1099) is your gross pay before the fee. Get More Hauling may change this fee; we'll give you notice in the app and ask you to accept the updated Terms before a new fee applies.
When you're paid: cash and check payouts are made the Friday after your job is complete (completion package in, slot marked complete and the job closed), on Mountain Time (America/Denver): complete Monday–Thursday → that week's Friday; complete Friday, Saturday or Sunday → the next Friday. Standard Stripe payouts (direct deposit / debit card) usually arrive about 2 business days after release; your first Stripe payout can take 7–14 days. Instant payouts arrive in about 30 minutes.
Instant payout (optional): if you get paid through Stripe and have a debit card that supports Instant Payouts, you can choose Instant (or tap Get paid now on a released payout). Instant arrives in about 30 minutes, any day, including weekends and holidays (your bank can occasionally take longer). The instant payout fee is 0% of your gross pay, minimum $0.00 (for example, $0.00 on $300.00), taken out of that payout. Standard payouts are free and usually arrive in about 2 business days. If an instant payout can't be made or fails, you're paid standard and the instant fee is refunded. Your gross pay (before any fee) is what's reported on your 1099.
7. No-shows
If you're confirmed on a load and don't show up, that's a permanent ban. If something comes up, drop out in the app before the job starts so the contractor can fill your spot.
8. On the job
Show up on time with your tools and PPE. Phone away during the load. Know the next task. Do the work you claimed you can do.
9. Don't go around the platform
Jobs you find here are booked here. Taking work from a contractor you met on Get More Hauling outside the app can get your account closed.
10. Ratings
Customers and contractors rate you on delivery quality, timeliness, willingness and work ethic. You rate them too.
11. Semi hybrid accounts
Only approved Semi haulers may also hire haulers as contractors on the same account. If you turn on contractor mode, both the Hauler Terms and the Contractor Terms apply, each on its own side, and you accept each side's terms when you use it. You can't book, pay or rate yourself. If you lose Semi (demotion, ban or removal), your contractor side is paused; jobs you already posted stay up and Get More Hauling will follow up. It comes back if you reach Semi again. Get More Hauling can turn contractor mode off.
12. Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in, Get More Hauling may text you about jobs and loads, urgent same-day (emergency) alerts, verification and password-reset codes, job status updates, and payment or payout notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out anytime. Consent is not a condition of using the service. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
Get More Hauling is operated by the operator of Get More Hauling. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be heard in the state courts located in Davis County, Utah, except that either side may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
14. Changes
You accept these terms every time you log in. This is version 2026-10-24.193935.
