1. What this is
Get More Hauling (getmorehauling.com) connects customers and contractors who need material delivered with haulers who want the loads. Haulers are independent workers, not employees of Get More Hauling or of you. You run your site; they haul the material.
2. Truck sizes and price
You request haulers by truck size: Pickup / 5-ton trailer, Single axle / 8-ton trailer, Tandem, Tri-axle / Super dump, Semi dump. Each truck size has a set price per hauler for a 6-hour job. Larger truck sizes cost more.
Your current rates by truck size are shown here, and on your home screen, after you log in.
3. The 6-hour window and extra hours
Every hauler is booked for 6 hours from the start time (job-site local time), and you pay for the full 6 hours even if the load wraps early. Jobs over 6 hours are billed for the extra time, but only hours you approve. If you schedule a job for more than 6 hours when you post it, those scheduled hours count as approved. Any time past that is billed only if you (or Get More Hauling) approve the hauler's overtime request. Extra hours that aren't approved are recorded but not billed. You confirm each hauler's hours when you mark the job complete.
4. Cancelling
Cancel at least 24 hours before the load start time (job-site local time) and you owe nothing. Cancel inside 24 hours and you still pay the full show-up price for every confirmed hauler. The haulers held the day for you. Once a load has started it can't be cancelled.
5. Paying
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card or bank account on file is charged for each hauler as that hauler accepts the job, at that truck size's price. Approved extra hours and late-cancel charges are also charged to your card or bank account on file. You authorize Get More Hauling to make these charges.
If a hauler is a no-show, you are not charged for them; if you were already charged, that amount is refunded to your card. Cancelling with at least 24 hours' notice also refunds any charges for that job.
Emergency requests: a job you mark Emergency adds the emergency premium (currently 25%) to the price of every hauler on it. The cancel policy above still applies to emergency jobs. You can post up to 3 emergencies in 24 hours.
6. Completion package and payouts
To mark their slot complete, each hauler sends a completion package: at least one before photo, at least one after photo, a written description of the work, and a short note on how the job went (issues, delays, crew, conditions). You can see the package on the job. You confirm the job complete and their hours. Haulers are only paid after their full package is in and their slot is marked complete.
7. Skill checks and site visits
Every hauler gets checked on site. If someone doesn't meet the standard for their truck size, mark them down to the truck size they actually showed from the job page; it's recorded with your reason. Tri-axle and Semi haulers need sign-off from both a contractor and an admin before they can take Tri-axle or Semi slots. When a Tri-axle or Semi hauler is on your load, someone from Get More Hauling will visit the site.
8. No-shows
If a confirmed hauler doesn't show, mark them a no-show after the start time. You aren't charged for them, and a no-show is a permanent ban for that hauler.
9. Don't go around the platform
Haulers you meet here are booked through Get More Hauling. Hiring them directly outside the app can get your account closed.
10. Ratings
After each job you rate each hauler on delivery quality, timeliness, willingness and work ethic (1–5). Haulers rate you too.
11. Semi hybrid accounts
Only approved Semi haulers may also hire haulers as contractors on the same account. A hybrid account follows both the Contractor Terms and the Hauler Terms, each on its own side, and accepts each side's terms when using it. You can't book, pay or rate yourself. If the account loses Semi (demotion, ban or removal), the contractor side is paused; jobs already posted stay up and Get More Hauling will follow up. It comes back if the account reaches Semi again. Get More Hauling can turn the contractor side off.
12. Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in, Get More Hauling may text you about jobs and loads, urgent same-day (emergency) alerts, verification and password-reset codes, job status updates, and payment or payout notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out anytime. Consent is not a condition of using the service. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
Get More Hauling is operated by the operator of Get More Hauling. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be heard in the state courts located in Davis County, Utah, except that either side may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
14. Changes
You accept these terms every time you log in. This is version 2026-10-24.193935. If they change, you'll see the new version next time.
